🧾 Clean by LB – Terms & Conditions
1. General
- Clean by LB provides professional cleaning services for empty properties only (including end of tenancy, move in/out, builders, void, and commercial cleans).
- By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
2. Bookings & Quotes
- All quotes are free and without obligation.
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking (e.g. property size, number of rooms, and condition).
- We reserve the right to adjust the price if the property’s condition differs significantly from the description given.
- To confirm your booking, we may request a deposit, which will be deducted from the final balance.
3. Access to the Property
- Our team requires full access to the property at the agreed time and date.
- Please ensure we can enter the property — via key, code, or meeting on-site.
- If we cannot gain access, or the property is not empty when we arrive, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply.
4. Payments
- Invoice will be sent the day the clean is completed.
- Full payment is due on the day of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept bank transfer or cash.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the quoted price).
- In the rare event we need to reschedule (e.g. due to illness, severe weather, or equipment failure), we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We aim for 100% satisfaction on every clean.
- If you’re unhappy with any part of the service, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to put things right where possible.
- We cannot offer refunds for complaints made after this period.
7. Liability
- Clean by LB is fully insured for public liability and accidental damage.
- We take great care with your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or faulty fixtures.
We do not accept liability for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. electrical failure, flooding, or third-party interference).
8. Privacy
- Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of managing your booking and providing our services.
- We will never share or sell your details to third parties.
