Absolutely. Clean by LB is fully insured for your peace of mind — your property and belongings are always in safe hands. All our cleaners have recent DBS checks.

No — as long as we have access to the property, you don’t need to be there. Many customers provide a key or arrange access in advance.

We accept payment by bank transfer, cash or card upon completion. Details will be confirmed when you book.
For larger or first-time bookings, we may ask for a small deposit to secure your slot. This will be clearly discussed before booking.
